Our primary work is screen printing on flat substrate materials, like signwhite, corflute, HIP’s, PVC, plastics, & all types of vinyls ( blockout, reflective, clear etc).

Artwork for screen printing

We provide in house artwork that can be developed from scratch, or we can take your design, scan it, vectorise it, and then create the required films.

If you have the art work on file, our preferred file formats are: EPS (available from within most programs), AI & PDF (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (Corel draw), CDL (Sign Lab).

If you send us a vector graphic file, then less time is required to prepare your artwork, saving you money.

Digital screen printing & computer cut vinyl graphics

Our digital screen printing machine use’s solvent inks (made for outdoors), has 1440 DPI resolution using CMYK inks.

It has "Print & Cut" technology meaning it will print, dry & then contour cut your design, sticker or graphic.

The cutting ability of this machine allows us to offer computer cut vinyl graphics.

What ever your sign or design is, we can cut it.

Colour range is extensive with hundreds of colour’s to choose from.

Maximum printing capability: Each roll is 50 metre's in length by 760mm wide, so the maximum is up to 50m.

Proofs, in the form of a PDF file will be sent to you to confirm the size, colours and confirmation of the design/layout.
